Version 1.5.1 includes improvements to model number recognition, including addition of missing color codes and improved recognition of color codes following refurbished model numbers. The update also improves validation of pasted or manually entered serial numbers containing extraneous spaces.

Version 1.5 features the following additions and improvements: * Added lighting control to the scanning view, which can help improve scanning accuracy. Use the icon in the lower right corner of the viewfinder frame on devices that have a camera light. * If you've chosen a photo to decode, and the app couldn't recognize a serial number, you'll have the option to manually decode, using whatever the app *could* recognize as a starting point. * Improved iOS integration in the following areas: + exposed decoding API via Shortcuts + added a Share item which allows decoding of a serial number label from anywhere an image is available. + added a Control Center widget which provides launching directly into the camera scanner. * Fixed recognition of "Ultra Power Plus" (KSM95/6/7) model types. * Improved recognition of photos in cases where the photo orientation is not ideal for a one-pass attempt. * Fixed bug in which optical serial number recognition was excessively strict, and in some cases would fail to recognize valid serial numbers.

This update includes the following changes: * The Mixerology app now decodes the color code from the model number, if available; and will display the color name on the information screen. * Fixed bug in which the camera scanner would inapropriately start up when dismissing the serial decode display and returning to the manual entry form. * Fixed bug in which the "Decode" button in the manual entry form was disabled when returning from the serial decode display. * Added recognition for KB26 "Deluxe Edition" model numbers. * Corrected recognition of refurbished Artisan Mini models.

This update improves "live" recognition of some model numbers, and fixes a bug in which KSM18x and KSM19x model numbers weren't correctly recognized for model type classification and serial number date range.

This update fixes a bug in which mixers whose date code matched the current year as well as 30 years prior would show a manufacturing date later in the current year, as well as the correct date 30 years prior. This update also adds recognition of the KD26 model type (a variation of the Pro 600).

This update adds a process for manually entering the model number and serial number (for cases in which the label is not readable by the camera), and improves handling of some OCR cases.

The 1.1 update includes the following additions, changes, and fixes: Additions --------- + Added display of the scan history: tap the button at the top left corner of the camera view to show a list of previously scanned models and serial numbers. In the list that appears, tap an entry to display its corresponding detail information. + The serial number display gets a "Share…" button, which serves up a text representation of the serial number information as well as an image representing the display. This update contains the following fixes and improvements: * Corrected app references in the feedback email text. * Addressed ambiguous date reporting for recent production KSM125 models. * Corrected recognition of model numbers with no following qualifiers (such as "5KSM125" from the UK/EU model label). * Refined model number recognition to eliminate false positives (from things like the word "KITCHENAID" on the label). * Improved model class recognition when the text recognizer occasionally mistook a zero for a capital "O" in the model number. * Fixed a bug in which the camera would continue to scan for serial numbers after one had been recognized, leading to a briefly amusing behavior in which serial number results would stack atop one another for as long as the camera was pointing at the label. * Added model number recognition for the Artisan Mini version sold through QVC (KSM3306). * Fixed excessive energy consumption caused by the camera scanner continuing to run while the app was inactive.
