It’s good app but i’m disappointed and underwhelmed

Generally speaking as well as in concept it is a clever app. I tried to generate a Crested Gecko and it was very much the likeness I want in the model. The “export” feature half-way works. So what you do have is a preview model you can look at using 3D image viewing controls. If you don’t subscribe monthly you do have the option to watch ads (I watched 2) to get their AI feature to create the thing. It does provide a file you may save anywhere but it will be downloaded as a .url or .txt file, does not allow you to modify the file type extension to the format needed and does not save the file in the file type you choose on the previous prompt. Why is that? I even watched ADs which is a way for both the developer to be paid regardless and I’m permitted to receive the file I need. So you got what you needed monetarily from the ads I watched, but I didn’t get my end/reward. This my friend is not so good to do to the users who would potentially be monthly subscribers to you.

Took 2 minutes to find out that this app is garbage. I guess that’s why there’s no free trial. The text based models are almost as represented but not high quality. Picture to 3d is a joke. I’m requesting a refund. If I don’t get it, I’ll take two stars and edit this review to be even worse.

If you want usable models for 3D printing this is definitely NOT the app for that. If you’re looking for something to make your model into a bold of trash then this is definitely the app. I gave it a very detailed picture of a model I wanted to generate after wasting all my initial weekly credits it just returned garbage over and over again. The 3D model looked absolutely nothing like the original and it did not actually render the model usable at all. All 20 models were complete garbage looking more like blobs rather than what I wanted from the sample picture.

Pretty bad AI. To charge $5.99 to get around 30 chances to get something close to what you want is disappointing. Tried the image feature and its always distorted. I wouldnt try until they get it working properly. Should’ve when they dont give a free trial. 🤷🏻♂️
