I used this new 24/7 for a problem I was having. Easy to use. The first time I had to contact the help line. Problem solved. Great tool. I had a long wait first time but no more then Dr office. The only improvement I would have like to see my results came back abnormal. I could not see how I would get my results from the Dr I went into My Chart. The only thing I could think of was to make another appointment to find out what to Dr with abnormal results. A very nice Dr explained that the first aprn who was so nice also would give me a call but it may take more time than your regular Dr office. But if it needed urgent care then would let you know. Mine turned out to be fine and was all cleared up. This makes it so easy as I have mobility issues. Thanks HHC…. I have to say the first provider I saw may have told me this and I missed the explanation.

I was a little nervous about having a Tele-visit, not knowing if I would be able to get the same level of care. I could not be more pleased with. The attention, the compassion and the respect that I was shown during this visit. The doctor after thoroughly listening to my experiences and concern and symptoms, was able to identify an excellent and thorough course of action to ensure that my needs were addressed. When she asked if I wanted her to put herself down as my online primary care physician, I left at the chance. She's fantastic.

So I started coming down with the flu. My girlfriend suggested setting up the HHC app on my phone. I was able to get an appointment at midnight. I waited for about 45 minutes and was able to have an appointment get the medical supplies I needed called into the pharmacy, which I picked up in the morning and was able to get on top of it before it became too serious All in all it was a fantastic experience that I had never done before and will use in the future constantly.

My online healthcare provider was very thorough. Was extremely attentive to my symptoms, and was concerned because I have been feeling lousy for about two weeks. She gave me a prescription and I’m in the middle of it right now. She said to make sure if I’m not feeling better to get back in touch with her I am feeling better but it’s a slow roll. Kudos to the doctor she was fabulous!
