This is the official film.recipes app, which includes over 800 film simulation recipes for shooting stylish images straight out of camera. This collection, created by Justin Gould, includes a wide range of styles to try with your Fuji X camera.
Some of these JPEG settings are inspired by real world film, such as Portra, Superia, CineStill and Kodachrome, with hundreds more for capturing images in a wide variety of situations and styles.
Fujifilm cameras from the past few years are supported, so if your camera is from the X-Trans IV or X-Trans V generations, then these recipes are for you. You'll be amazed at the wide choice of styles to try. Just search, filter or browse to select one that matches the mood you want, load the settings into your camera and give it a go.

This app is awesome; it has constant updates and if you join the fb page for it there’s tons of updates for the future of the app. I think it’s worth it :)

Not worth the price

I paid for this app thinking it would have auto camera loading similar to the other recipes app. This application doesn’t provide any of those features but instead just has a list of recipes most of which also exist on the website. The search function doesn’t work that well and the filtering isn’t super helpful either. At this price point, I cannot recommend the app. If it was <$5 then it would be a different story but $15 for a glorified web browser with a few exclusive recipes and no auto camera loading function is too steep.

So glad this app is now out. I love the recipes in it, especially some of the app only ones. I like using recipes based off of 'vibes' and not film types, as I was never much of a film user.
