This app is so frustrating to use I thought I was part of a social experiment to gauge what it would take to really set me off (I’m being facetious of course). The app doesn’t respond most of the time, asked me to complete daily playlists that I already did, didn’t record previously completed tasks, etc. And their team is worse! Double booked a doctor and “fit me in” for a different time where they didn’t schedule me properly so I never spoke to anyone. This was heartbreaking for someone who really needed the support and was looking forward to the appointment. Your staff shouldn’t work in mental health given how incompetent they are.

This is unreliable digital prescription. I will no longer even try to prescribe this product since I never even got the chance . When I tried to download the app to my own phone to see if it’s worthy enough for my patients to use it said I was not registered. There was no method to register as a patient or healthcare prescribing physician. There is no explanation how if a health care professional physician could prescribe it. No explanation how a patient could ask their physician to prescribe it. Such a shame since I really wanted to help a mother with post partum depression. I wonder if the FDA is continuing to monitor & regulate this digital prescription since it was cleared.
