Life can get overwhelming. I’ve got a lot on my shoulders and a lot on my mind. Some days I just need something that helps me shut the world off for a little while. Every time I open this app, I get exactly that. The games are incredibly fun, addictive, and genuinely entertaining. But here’s the part that surprised me the most: it isn’t just the games that keep me coming back. It’s the customer service. I’ve used countless apps over the years, and I can honestly say I’ve never experienced customer support this good. They actually take the time to listen, they care about your experience, and they make you feel like you’re talking to real people instead of getting copy-and-paste responses. That alone has earned my loyalty. If you’re thinking about downloading this app, do it. And if you stick with it long enough to reach VIP status, you’ll understand exactly what I’m talking about. The VIP experience is fantastic, and in my opinion, it practically pays for itself with everything you get back..😍😍😍This is hands down one of the best apps on my phone, and I recommend it without hesitation.

I never write reviews for apps, seriously, this is my first review ever but I felt the need to write this to save ppl from throwing away all their money. Basically, after you deposit any real money, and win, most of your winnings stay in the form of “bonus cash”, which you can’t redeem. I’m embarrassed to say, I actually played for hours, trying to convert my bonus cash to real cash winnings, but no matter how many times I win (and I do win a majority of the time), most of the winnings are added back as “bonus cash”. And if you DO attempt to cash out your “real cash” winnings after hitting their minimum withdrawal amount, you will end up LOSING / forfeiting ALL of your bonus cash (which I have found will ALWAYS be much more than your real cash). Anyways, as someone who is used to other cash games where you deposit initial money, and play games until it’s all eventually converted to real cash winnings, and basically eventually being able to get my cash back and make some easy extra cash, I assumed this would be the same concept. But NO, this game robs and cheats you and in case you are using Mistplay or Freecash apps, just a heads up, it stops tracking after giving you your first bonus (most likely to get you to make that initial deposit, thus trapping you in their cheating game where you’ll never see any money back). Honestly Idk how these game developers can sleep at nigh knowing their game is 100% a scam.

You can use it to enter eligible matches, but it is not a cash deposit and it cannot be withdrawn directly. Your withdrawable balance includes eligible cash deposits and cash winnings, but not Bonus Cash.When a withdrawal is requested, unused Bonus Cash is forfeited under the promo terms. Also, when both Cash and Bonus Cash are used for an entry, the Bonus Cash portion stays Bonus Cash, while additional winnings are paid as Cash. So it is not meant to convert 1:1 into withdrawable cash.Please message Support from inside the app and we’ll gladly review your balance history with you, including what was Cash, what was Bonus Cash, and what happened after each match or withdrawal. For Mistplay or Freecash, tracking is handled with the reward partner, but if a milestone didn’t track, send us the details and we’ll help look into it.

Granted both of those can only be used as bonus, cash, but as you use that money to enter into Games, your winnings are yours and can be withdrawn. So yes, the scratch offs are only bonus, cash, but you can use that to play for real cash….And have won more 1st place games than I’ve lost. I promise you will not be sorry!!!

This game seems fun, until you realize it is designed to trick you out of your money and not fair in any way, shape or form. I can win different types of bingo games or whatever games all day long with the purple tokens and build my tokens up. But as soon as I play with real money, all of the sudden I am the worst player or barely make fourth. Every time. Then I go back to try with purple tokens, and I win again. It is rigged people! And as soon as you start playing a game, you win the first few-several times. And then you start losing or immediately lose if you start playing with real money. They will let you win third place or something a time or two so it keeps you hooked. It just doesn’t keep me hooked because I know what they are doing. But it is not worth it. This app is made to steal people’s money. It is rigged and they are lying and cheating folks out of their hard earned money so they don’t have to work for it. We just give it to them. It is extremely unfair just like every single other game out there. They don’t actually want us to win money. They want to make money.

In every match, both players get the exact same board, numbers, and power-ups, so winning comes down entirely to speed and strategy. If you have further concerns, please reach out to our support team so we can address them directly.Also, the prize-pool entry fee ratio differs between play money (those purple gems) and real cash games, as we take a platform fee from those cash games.
