Meet the new Lingon, your friendly tool to help you get the most out of your Mac and make your daily tasks a breeze. With Lingon, you can schedule and run tasks whenever you need them with a delightful and simple user experience. Whether you want to start an app, run a script, a shortcut, or a command, Lingon has got you covered. You can schedule it to run at a specific time or on a regular basis, and it can even make sure that an app automatically restarts if it crashes. Lingon can now also show a notification when a task is run, so you’ll never miss a beat. You can also assign a hot key to each task so you can, for instance, launch an app, run a shortcut or start a backup script from anywhere. And you can also run a task with Siri or from Shortcuts. This newly rewritten app is very easy to use but packed with power. It is more intuitive but keeps all the essential features you love. You will get comfortable with it right away. Lingon is now completely free. If you find it useful and want to support continued development, a donation is always warmly appreciated — but entirely optional. To create a new task, just follow these simple steps: 1. Click on New in the toolbar 2. Give it a name 3. Choose under Run what you want to run or write a command 4.
