This update eliminates a background error message that could appear briefly when navigating between screens while an action was still completing — for example, sending a message and immediately tapping back, or saving an event and moving to another screen. The underlying actions (sends, saves, approvals) were always completing successfully, but you may have seen a brief red error toast flash on screen.
