Thank you for coming g up with such a brilliant App! Alhamdulillah! I signed up for the lifetime membership and so so happy I did that. Already on the journey of listening my first audio book from the app. Had some initial hiccups in seeing the lifetime membership in profile but the customer service was simply outstanding and were very patient in helping out and I can see it now in my profile status. The app is a couple weeks old but already working smoothly. Hoping to see the collection grow. JazakAllah khair!

I like the App but

I like the app I love the idea of the app. It makes it a lot easier to enjoy books on the go but I must remind the brothers who developed the app. May Allah reward them? That great content is also available elsewhere for cheaper price, and more variety of content For some reason, the application keeps crashing when I’m listening or when I’m just simply browsing to choose a title. And that is very annoying. Another technical issue is when I try to use my iPad versus my iPhone to listen I simply doesn’t work, the question is are we limited to just one device ? That’s from the technical side. As for the content, I would really love to see more traditional, Islamic knowledge books أمهات الكتب there is definitely a shortage on that front especially when it comes to Tafssir or Hadith and even Tazkiah.

As-salāmu ʿalaykum brother. Thank you for the feedback. Regarding the content, we are adding 5-10 new books per week, and we have many classical works coming soon, inshāAllāh. Regarding the technical issues, please do contact us at support@getchaptrs.com and we will endeavour to fix it right away. Finally regarding the cost, it’s very expensive to create audiobooks from scratch, but we will keep working to improve as much as possible. bārakAllāhu fīk.
Bedtime lifesaver

My 4 year old daughter was listening to Miraj studios audiobooks for bedtime but they were very short and the light on the phone was still on. This app has long kids books that are ideal for playing until the kid falls asleep and the screen can be dark. My only issue is, with a tired screaming 4 year old in the background, I wish the app would load faster 😭 please fix the load times, maybe buy more servers or something idk

This app is a pleasant surprise in Ramadan. I’m really happy to see the beta model that’s currently out. It really has a lot of potential long-term. So far since I’ve been using it I’ve noticed that they’re adding books almost daily to the library. That’s quite a feat. I’m excited to see where this goes.
