Read Sri Ramcharitmanas with its Gita Press verse numbers, keep listening through a short drop in your connection, and see your own streak on your Home Screen. SRI RAMCHARITMANAS, THE GITA PRESS WAY Sri Ramcharitmanas verses now carry their Gita Press numbers, like Doha 30 or Chaupai 29.1-4, and saved verses open exactly where you left them. LISTENING THAT KEEPS GOING If your connection drops, the player no longer skips verse after verse in silence. With Gold or Mudras, recitation waits and tries again, so it carries on by itself after a short drop. If a verse still will not play, the player stops and offers Retry. The Listen bar on book, section and Upanishad screens now retries after a problem and plays again after the end. GETTING GOLD - Gold now sits at the top of the Shop in the Mudra Hub, with both plans side by side - When Gold has an offer, the yearly plan shows what you pay for the first year and what it renews at - The Gold page shows which account you are buying with, and "Not you?" lets you switch first - Get Gold when a recitation asks for it, and the recitation starts by itself ALSO NEW - A Diwali app icon with a lit diya, yours to choose under App Icon in the menu - Long Ask conversations open quickly, right at the latest message FIXES - Home Screen widgets no longer stay empty: they show your streak, today's shloka and more - Listen on the Shloka of the Day widget now starts the recitation right away - Sign-in now tells you when it cannot connect, instead of just saying it failed - Fixed a crash at the notifications step while setting up the app - Fixed a crash when swiping between Krishna Yajurveda chapters

Listen to any shloka without Gold, pick up exactly where you stopped reading, and pinch to make verses bigger. LISTEN WITH MUDRAS Recitation is no longer Gold only. Unlock any shloka for 10 Mudras and it is yours to keep: the Sanskrit and the spoken translation, in every language. Gold members still listen to everything free. PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF Continue now opens the exact verse you were reading, on the same screen you read it on. Your place is saved to your account, so it survives a reinstall and follows you to a new phone. The Scriptures tab opens with Continue Reading and a new Bookmarks & Notes shelf, with your notes on each card. PINCH TO RESIZE TEXT Pinch with two fingers on any reading screen to make the text bigger or smaller. If your iPhone is set to smaller text, verses now get smaller too. LISTEN TO ANY ANSWER Every answer in Ask has its own Listen and Share buttons. Listen starts in seconds, and you can pause and see how far along you are. ASK THROUGH A PATH Choose how Ask answers you: through Devotion, Stories, Self-knowledge, Right action, Meditation or Practical wisdom. Tap More ways to go deeper. ALSO NEW - Library is now Scriptures, Stories is now Watch, and Chat is now Ask - Long chapters load all the way to the last verse, no more stopping at verse 100 - Every chapter screen shows which book it belongs to - Ramayana verses that share one translation appear once and play once - Ramcharitmanas is set as couplets, at the same size as every other book - Hindi, Tamil, Bengali and other Indian languages now show in their proper fonts - Home screen widgets never cut off their text - "Why is this wrong?" in the quiz now explains the answer you picked FIXES - Fixed a crash when going back right after tapping a Ramayana kanda - Fixed content failing to load right after the app wakes up - Verse pages no longer start under the top bar - Bookmark Undo works from any screen again - The mini player no longer covers sheets and menus - Ramayana verses read clearly in the dark reading theme

Hear every verse's translation spoken aloud, set your reading theme, and enjoy a more stable experience throughout. SPOKEN TRANSLATIONS All 95 sacred texts now have spoken translations you can listen to alongside the original Sanskrit. Hear the meaning in your language while you read. FOUR WAYS TO LISTEN Follow along with both Sanskrit and translation. Or hear just the translation, just the Sanskrit, or both in sequence. Switch anytime from the listening sheet. NOW PLAYING The redesigned Now Playing screen shows Sanskrit and Translation as separate tabs, so you always know which layer you are hearing. Jump between listening modes in one tap. READING THEME Choose Light, Dark, or System for your reading and listening surfaces. Every book, every screen. VEDAPATH GOLD Gold members get full access to spoken translations. The Gold purchase flow now shows translation audio clearly. SMARTER DAILY PLAYBACK Play a shloka from chat or the daily card, and the spoken translation matches the language on your screen. No global setting to change. FIXES - Signing in on a slow connection no longer shows a blank screen - Scholar Mode no longer crashes when swiping down on a short verse - Markandeya Purana chapters now show correct numbering - Tapping "View" on a bookmark notice opens the right screen - iPad welcome screen no longer stretches the artwork

Listen while you read Tap play on any verse, section, or book. The recitation plays in the background and stays on your lock screen with full controls. A new Now Playing screen shows what is coming next. Set a sleep timer, adjust speed, or toggle follow-along so the text highlights and scrolls with the audio. At section boundaries, a nudge offers to continue to the next one, and your listening spot is saved when you come back. If the connection drops, the player retries instead of going silent. Chat, redesigned Add or remove books from any conversation. The composer sits inside the chat with two chips for model and book scope. All 60 Upanishads appear in the book picker with their real names and cover art, and books you have already chosen are pinned to the top. Today's shloka, with sound The daily verse on Home has a Listen chip. Tap it on the home-screen widget and the verse plays when the app opens. Manage your subscription A new screen shows your plan and lets you change or cancel directly in the app. Faster Home loads noticeably faster. Heavy work like JSON decoding and image processing runs off the main thread. Upanishad reading positions Each Upanishad now remembers your reading spot down to the section. Fixes - Tapping a section or chapter card now opens it in every book - Reels open the one you tapped, not the last in the list - The sleep timer stays when the recitation moves to the next verse - Upanishad pickup cards show the correct overview art - Scholar Mode cross-references and geographic context stay properly formatted

Scholar Mode, at your fingertips Pull up from any verse to open Scholar Mode, or tap the new chip below the text. The old gesture could catch you mid-scroll; this one waits until you let go, shows a progress pill as you pull, and opens only on release. Prev/next arrows in the reader are larger too. Deeper into the Mahabharata Each chapter in the Critical Edition (BORI) now opens with its speakers, rasa journey, key themes, story arc, core teachings, and FAQs. The opening verse is identified as the Mangalacharana (Invocation) throughout the app. Listen to Upanishads at any scope Listen pills and duration badges now appear at the hub, text detail, section, and verse levels. Play an entire section or the full text; the player auto-skips any verse that fails to load. Read the full description Section and chapter descriptions across all 30+ texts now expand with one tap. Six texts that previously cut off the description with no way to read the rest now have a control for it. Gold, refined The paywall has a new design. Members see what their perks have delivered. Web purchases display correctly. A weekly celebration marks your 100 Mudra deposit. Gift codes for Gold are redeemable in the app. Faster launch Tabs load only when you visit them instead of all five building at once, so the app starts quicker. Home widgets Your shloka and streak stay on the widget instead of going blank at midnight. When no widget is pinned, the background refresh skips rendering entirely. Recitation audio for three more Vedas Rig Veda, Atharva Veda, and Krishna Yajurveda now have audio recitation. In Krishna Yajurveda, you can play entire anuvakas through the chapter recitation queue. Fixes The streak-protection popup no longer blocks app launch; it lives on the calendar now. Fixed a crash when opening Mudra transaction history. Fixed memory leaks that could slow the app over long sessions. Chat citations now open the correct Upanishad and section.

Vedapath Gold Listen to every scripture read aloud. Gold unlocks recitation audio across all 30+ texts, full access to every comic and microdrama series, and 100 Mudras each week. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Widgets on your home screen Your daily shloka, verse art, mantra, streak, quiz, and more, right on your home screen and lock screen. 14 widgets keep your practice close without opening the app. Pick a free series Choose one comic series and one microdrama series to keep free, forever. Yours to finish at your own pace. Chat stays with you Switch apps or lose signal mid-answer, and Agni keeps writing. Come back and your answer is waiting. Faster reading Book screens load instantly and use far less memory. Long chapters scroll without heating your phone. Quiz rewards land on the spot Mudras credit the moment you answer correctly. No claim button to miss. Streaks, simplified Your streak now lives on its own calendar with a progress ring, Sankalpa challenge, and the revive offer. The old pop-up is gone. Tapping Home twice brings you straight back. The floating bar tucks away as you scroll and reappears when you scroll up. Fixes Fixed a bug where two accounts on the same device could see each other's chats and data. Restored reading screens for Ashtavakra Gita and Siva Dharma Purana. Audio playback is steadier. Fewer crashes on launch, when switching apps, and during playback.

Read complete chapters Every scripture now opens in full. We removed the old 50-verse limit, so you can read straight through any chapter without hitting a wall. A refreshed, edge-to-edge look Content now flows to the edges of your screen with a floating navigation bar. Videos and reels go fully immersive, and the bar stays out of your way while you read. Notifications, your way Choose exactly when we remind you, and get those reminders in your language. Streak alerts, daily wisdom, and content updates each have their own toggle. A gentle prompt after your third streak day asks whether you'd like reminders on. Complete Privacy A new switch lets you turn off every notification and email from us in one place, whenever you want. Find your language faster Onboarding now suggests the languages you are most likely to want, so you can start reading in yours right away. Bookmark verses straight from chat Tap the bookmark icon on any shloka card in a chat answer, and it saves to your Bookmarked Verses. Open it in the reader, and your heart icon stays in sync both ways. Now works for Upanishads and Atharvaveda too. Answer Now When Agni Pro is thinking through a long answer, a button fades in so you can skip the wait and get your answer right away. Find texts faster Featured Texts on Home are now grouped and searchable, so you can jump to any scripture without scrolling. Share and earn Share verses, quiz scores and streak milestones with friends, and earn 20 Mudras on your first share. Quiz Animated answer reveals with instant tap feedback. You can see the Mudra reward before you play, and the Hint button only appears when there is actually a hint. Meditation Chant repetitions now fade out gently at the end, no more abrupt cutoffs. Fixes Your first chat question during onboarding is never lost now. Fewer crashes from memory pressure and when returning to the app. Audio playback is steadier. The books-read count on your profile is now accurate, and three texts that were hidden are back. Mudra taps register instantly. Navigation breadcrumbs return to the right screen, and iPad sharing works reliably.

Two headline features this time. Protect your reading streak One missed day no longer resets your progress. Three new ways to keep your streak alive, all paid with Mudras: - Streak Shield: miss a day and a shield covers you automatically, so your streak stays intact. Hold up to 2 at once. - Revive your streak: if a streak breaks, you can repair it for up to 72 hours after. The cost scales with how long the streak was. - Sankalpa Challenge: wager Mudras on reaching a streak goal over the next few days. Complete it and you win back double your stake. Listen to the Bhagavad Gita Every shloka in the Gita can now be read aloud, one verse at a time or a full chapter at once. A mini player keeps the recitation playing in the background while you use the rest of the app. Also fixed - Fixed a crash when opening a verse from a chat citation, search result, reel, or shared link, most often in the Ramayana. - Your Upanishads reading progress now saves properly instead of always showing zero. - A Mudra purchase whose credit arrives late, after you close the app or while Apple briefly shows it as pending, now credits and celebrates when you reopen the app instead of getting stuck. - Your Mudra balance no longer briefly shows 0 when it isn't. - The screen no longer sleeps partway through a guided meditation. Thank you for reading with us.

This update polishes the chat image experience and clears out a batch of crashes from the last release. Chat images Tap any image in a chat to open it full screen, including images in older conversations, not only the reply you just received. Save images to your device with a new download button, both in the message and in the full screen view. Portrait artwork now shows in full inside the chat instead of being cropped to a square, so faces and figures are no longer cut off. Stability Fixed a crash when opening the app from a shared link. Fixed a crash on some devices while loading fonts, including when you were offline. Fixed crashes on smaller phones and certain iPad window sizes. Fixed a case where the app could freeze on launch. Reels and other screens now handle being offline gracefully instead of crashing. Screens that could spin forever now time out and recover. Fixed crashes in chat and guided meditation. Other If a Mudra purchase takes a moment to credit, you now see a clear pending status instead of silence, and it clears itself once your balance arrives. Corrected the pin positions on the Ramayana journey map so places sit on their real landmarks. Thank you for reading with us.
