This app honestly really helped me to stay consistent with my everyday journaling and probes with solid targeting questions. I use it at the end of each night and like how it keeps a memory of everything I have going on so it can point out blind spots I might not see. I hope they add some more features over time because I really like the UI, it’s easy to use.

Self Help AI asks lots of questions before giving you answers. It really forces you to think about your problems and take action to fix things. Doesn’t let you get away with short cuts. I’ve only had this app for a few days but I’m loving it!
