OhWait helps you remember what matters—what to do, what to bring, whether you did it last time, and when it’s due again. You don’t have to keep it all in your head.
Remember It When It Matters
Take your medication, pick up a package, make it to a follow-up appointment, remember your ID. When something comes to mind, add it to OhWait and choose a date, time, and reminder.
At the time you choose, a notification reminds you. Add an important task to a Live Activity, or use Home Screen widgets to keep today and what’s coming up in view.
Open OhWait, and everything due today, overdue, or coming up is in one place. You don’t have to keep reminding yourself all day. It comes back into view when it’s time to act.
Have something that follows a regular schedule? Set up a recurring plan once, and it appears again when it’s due.
Feel Ready, Not Rushed
Remembering the task is only part of it. When it’s time to leave or get started, the smaller details are easy to miss.
Packing for a trip, heading to a workout, running errands, or grocery shopping often comes with a list of its own. Make the checklist ahead of time, then check things off one by one. When everything is checked, you can stop wondering what you forgot.
For things that follow a regular schedule, a recurring plan can reuse the same checklist. If the timing changes but the prep stays familiar, save it as a Routine. Next time, start with what you already figured out instead of a blank page.
Finish This One. Plan the Next.
Some things only come up every few months. By the time they do, you may only have a vague memory: Did I already do this? When?
Check the history to see whether it was completed and when. No more trying to piece it together from memory.
Some tasks don’t have a clear next date until this one is done. Schedule the next one as you finish, so it doesn’t quietly slip away.
Plans change. Do one early, postpone it, or skip it. If only this one needs to change, the rest of the schedule can stay as planned.
Over time, OhWait keeps the details that are easy to lose: what you do regularly, when you last did it, what you needed, and when it’s due again.
Next time, you won’t have to reconstruct the whole thing or settle for “I think I did that.” You’ll have a record to check and a next step already planned.
Start with the one thing you’re most likely to forget today.
Just one.
Let OhWait keep track of it, and give your mind one less thing to carry.

I have been using this app several times a day since I got it. Mostly, I use it for daily tasks and weekly task tasks, but I also have a groceries template and will probably make a packing template as well.I love that it’s really easy to add items to a checklist, either one time or permanently. That way, if I have things I need to do this week only and not in the future, I don’t hesitate to add them to the checklist. I just indicate it’s for this list only. You can re-order things in the checklist, easily, and again that can be part of a template or just for that one time. This is such a simple app, but it’s really kept me on track for the last few weeks. I can’t recommend it enough.
