Realtime Face Effects
Hide your face right in the live feed — great for privacy and for fun:

The effects use Apple AI for face detection, work in real time, and can detect up to 4 faces at once. You can adjust the size of the covered area in the settings. For now, the effects are available for photos.

A floating window showing the live video from your webcam or iPhone — perfect for video tutorials, videocasts, video calls, streaming, and reactions. Also great for checking how you look before an important video conference.

Alright, so I needed a quickie camera app for my Mac, and this is almost exactly what I need. I don’t need a ton of frills or effects, just fire it up, take a picture, done. This app does exactly that. The only thing I think it needs is a countdown feature. If it had that, I think it would be perfect.

Apple stopped PhotoBooth when I updated my iMac OS and access to my Photo Booth disappeared. After the frustration of seeking an alternative application, I "found" CamPhoto.Downloaded CamPhoto from the App Store, truly easy adjusted the focus, created a folder on my desktop (my choice location), clicked a test photo, and moved the photo to the folder. This is undoubtedly one of the easist applications to get started (even for a very old person). Many thanks to Alvaro Neira!

Why do i have to pay?

When i downloaded this app, i wanted an app on my macbook that i could record on. this one looked closest to the regular camera app. but it turns out, you can only record up to 1 minute. if you want to record for more, you have to pay which i dont want to. I dont recomend getting this app unless you are willing to pay.
