SWVP is a community photo sharing platform and every member contributes to and participates in that community. This change prevents a pattern where users could block large numbers of community members to funnel photos from a single user — which works against the spirit of the platform. Your ability to control who can contact you directly remains fully intact. User consent for direct photo communication is unchanged — you still have complete control over who can send you direct photos. BUG FIXES General stability improvements and minor bug fixes.

You cannot create an account without meeting the age requirement — no workarounds, no skipping it.
