Dawdle helps you turn avoidance into action with: • AI chat with Pebbles: Talk through what you’re putting off and get support matched to the reason you’re stuck. • Tiny task steps: Break overwhelming projects into smaller, more doable actions. • Focus timers: Set a timer, name your task, and start with just a few minutes. • Reward picker: Choose a small reward before you begin, so finishing feels more satisfying. • Streaks and progress tracking: Track your daily focus time and build consistency over time. • Gentle notifications: Get nudges during the times you’re most likely to put things off. Created by Dr. Anusha Garg, a psychology PhD trained at the University of Michigan and UC Santa Barbara, whose research focuses on procrastination, motivation, and follow-through.
