I tend to pay and play more on platforms in which either have a lower redemption min or none at all. $100 min is a HUGE turn off. I like the freedom to be able to redeem my SC’s when I feel best and not have to fight to get to that high $100 min. And be able to redeem as many times as I would like to. It definitely releases the hesitation to play on SpinPals rather than a platform that has no minimum. I always will choose the one without the high $100 min. I recently won $130 on SpinPals. The games are fun and engaging, the slots are fair, and best of all, the deposits are quick and easy. I was skeptical giving info for them to deposit to my bank acct, but once I did the money was available pretty much right away. It shows I got the deposit and it’s scheduled for tommow. That being said there is a $100 withdrawal limit which I think is slightly ridiculous. Your winnings should be your winnings — whether you make $5or $5,000. There are other games out there that don’t have withdrawal limit of $100 or they at least give you a gift card instead of a cash prize instead of setting a withdrawal limit… either way though, happy a stuck with it and ended up winning!

First off, I have video proof of the live roulette getting shot across the board from a magnet from a year ago. I redownloaded the app after my friend won a few times and I kept losing which is completely fine that’s gambling. I changed my phone number from the time I redownloaded the app, I won enough to be able to hit the withdraw button and it said I needed to verify my number… okay just change the number right? False. They want (BILLING STATEMENTS, Photo ID pictures of whoever is on the bill and run it) I think that’s completely weird you need that much information to change a simple phone number. I eventually got to the billing info because I wanted the money I RIGHTFULLY won. I made countless tickets and got zero real answers and when I showed them everything I was told they cannot change my phone number because I’m under someone else’s line. AFTER they requested the ID picture and billing info from who was in charge of the phone bill. This site is a scam, games & fraudulent. I’m not one to right reviews at all because I don’t have the energy for it. But this is absolutely unacceptable and I hope this review saves some of you before downloading. DO NOT DEPOSIT. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Won pretty good on free spins and unfortunately their seems to be discrepancies when it comes to winning big, first on my last free spin my screen glitched out and it had a error message. After it refreshed it signed me out to where I had to sign in again and once I did I go back to the game I’ve won big on and my big win was gone, and not credited to my account at all. Contacted support and they did absolutely nothing to help me out. I basically got the cold shoulder because they don’t want to pay out there loyal customers.
