Reliable help at card show

At a local card show I needed a quick second opinion on condition. I scanned a few cards right there and it worked smoothly. It’s total easy to use and the gradings are really very reliable from what I’ve seen so far. Gave me more confidence when buying.
Not working

I don’t know if mine is messed up or what, but it doesn’t work. First of all I paid for the premium with no ad banners and still have an ad banner at the bottom of the screen, so that’s not cool. Second, when I take the picture of a card to pre-grade, it takes the picture does the loading circle thing with text that say “checking corners” and all that, and then nothing. Just a mostly black screen with some writing at the bottom that’s too covered by the ad banner (that I paid to get rid of) to read what it says.

A patch will be released within the next week to remove the banners and resolve the black screen issue you mentioned. Found a small box of random cards at a flea market and used the scanner in my car before heading home. Some were obviously rough, but a couple looked better than I thought. The camera guide made it easy to line things up without much effort.
