I have started getting a little bi happier now that my problem has been solved, hoping is going to continue the same.

This app is just terrible. Please go back to the previous app. This one gives users a very poor experience. To begin users can’t register, then the app has forgot password buttons that don’t work and keep giving error messages. Then it asks for user details but doesn’t use the data. Just go back to the old app that worked. This new app just looks colorful but frustrates users.
Better looking but access is hit or miss

I can’t tell you how many times I have tried logging in and keep getting errors to try again later. It’s very inconveniencing especially when you need to transact money urgently. I sure hope they fix the kinks soon because I actually like the new look.
