When I signed up for use the price showed $6.99 did not say monthly or weekly so I assumed it was monthly after the 3 day trial. When I tried to use it it did not work with my phone so I immediately canceled however Apple did not accept the cancellation and in be known to me I kept getting billed. Once realized I was still getting billed I cancelled again and they still billed me an extra week I called Apple and told them I was unable to use the app and also I was unaware that this was a weekly charge but they refused to refund even though showed no use. This app is very deceptive and I’m disabled with limited income and they took my money
Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to explain what happened and we're very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how upsetting it is to be charged when you believed the subscription had been canceled, especially when you were unable to use the app and the charges affected your budget. We would like to clarify that subscription prices, billing periods, free trial information, and auto-renewal terms are displayed on the subscription screen and are managed entirely through Apple's App Store. Likewise, subscription cancellations, billing, and refund decisions are handled directly by Apple, and unfortunately, we do not have access to users' payment information or the ability to issue refunds ourselves. We'd really like to better understand the situation and investigate what you saw during signup versus what was billed. Could you please contact us through in-app support e-mail support@heartica.pro and share a few more details, such as where the $6.99 price was displayed, when you canceled the subscription, and the dates of the charges? If possible, screenshots would be very helpful as well. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and would like to look into this further with you. Kind regards,Heartiсa: Heart Rate Monitor Support Team
