I’ve done all kinds of face yoga but the Nord method is the one for me. I’m a very methodical person and I appreciate structure and consistency. This practice lets me have organized, easy to follow class. Here I can see progression already. Looking forward to the next one🩷

The exercises are pleasant and feels like a combination with relaxation. I really enjoy them. Is there any audio? It would be nice to hear the instructions and maybe some music too. I’m very happy I signed up.

I thought this ap looked interesting so I thought I’d try for a month. But AFTER I gave them my credit card they kept asking for upsells. I accidentally hit the screen with my finger and said yes to a lifetime membership. There were no terms and conditions. No way to back out. Only insipid replies from Customer Service. And I still got charged for my first month as well! Should have been included in Lifetime.
