PLAN YOUR DAY WITH AI
Tell tPal what needs to happen, and work out a schedule together. Connect Apple Calendar or Google Calendar so it can plan around the commitments already in your day.
Need to fit in a workout, move an appointment, or remember something later? Just ask. Create and update calendar events and reminders in plain language, and see your day laid out directly in the conversation. Tap events to edit them, drag them to another time, or open the full calendar for a bigger picture.
AI THAT BUILDS YOUR CHECKLISTS
Tell tPal what you're trying to do, and let it work out the list. Planning meals around your diet? Packing for a trip with kids? Tackling a project you don't know how to start? tPal turns your goals, preferences, and conversation into a personalized checklist.
Keep talking to refine it. "Make it vegetarian." "Adjust it for four people." "Break that into smaller steps." The AI updates your checklist right in the chat, ready for you to check things off and set reminders. Build repeating routines with reminders, streaks, and milestones to track your progress.
AFFIRMATIONS, WRITTEN FOR YOU
Get encouragement shaped by your conversations and the areas you want to focus on. Choose when affirmations arrive, swipe through calming video scenes with ambient sound, and revisit your favorites. Edit the words, scene, or music, and share an affirmation as a video.
