- Workout Filter: See PRs for your current workout or all workouts—helpful to compare fresh vs. fatigued sessions.
- Replace Exercise Feature: Swipe left (when sets are collapsed) to quickly replace exercises.
- Smart Replace Suggestions: Instead of showing the full lift list, top 5 alternatives are suggested first.
(Example: If the cable machine is busy, chest fly machine or dumbbell fly will pop up first for fast selection.)
- Scrollable Top Action Bar: Makes it easier to access swipe controls on expanded lifts.
- History Page Update: Primary muscle icons added for better visuals.
- Default Weights: Improved initial set weights for more realistic starting points.
- Locale Matching: Weight units now default to your phone’s locale at first launch, and number formatting respects your decimal separator.
- Workout Plan Edits: After editing your workout plan, a dialog now asks if you want to apply changes (if any).
