To this end, coffeehouses have been digitized along with their architecture, patrons, and owners to share their experience in immersive and playable game scenes. Kissaten Vienna documents these traditional gathering places, which are gradually disappearing from the urban landscape, and creates a digital space to meet and experience the two cultures.
User Guide:
1. Start the interactive art experience.
2. Unmute your device and turn the volume up so you can experience the sound design and the narration.
3. Navigate trough the sculptures by 1 (Rotate and Tap), 2 (Zoom In/Out) or 3 (Move) Finger gestures (see the gesture details in the GUI)
4. Taps will select elements and show context information respectively start the text and audio narration.
5. Selecting certain special objects will give you the option to switch the scene where you can access deeper curated information (stories about/by guests or owners).
