We've been busy in the hangar. Here's what rolled out of maintenance: Listings are now one smooth flight path — no more hopping between tabs like a student pilot doing touch-and-goes. Scroll straight through aircraft, camera, airport, and discussion in one continuous descent. Typewriter headlines — aircraft names, airport names, and your profile now type themselves in, letter by letter. Slower than a supersonic, cooler than a Concorde. Timestamps got a radar upgrade — "Today" was useless at 30,000 feet. Now you get Right now, 4m ago, 2h ago. Actual situational awareness. New boarding experience — sign in and we'll greet you properly before sending you to the feed. Think of it as the jetway walk, but make it cinematic. Login got a new paint scheme — traded the looping video for a crisp static hero shot. Cleaner. Faster. No more turbulence on load. Support Us pill in the feed — spotted right next to the SpotAir title, glittering like a beacon light. Tap it if you want to keep this runway lit and support us. Altimeter set. Cleared to cruise.

With this update, we’ve added a new feed: For You. It highlights the most stunning aviation photos — mixing popularity and recency today, and over time tailoring itself to your interests, whether that’s military jets, gliders, commercial aircraft, or more. We’ve also improved two key areas: • Leaderboard: now shows both all-time and last month’s most liked spotters. • AI Confidence Score: aircraft analysis now filters out weak matches. You may see more “no matches,” but you’ll get fewer incorrect suggestions. Update now to enjoy a sharper, more personal SpotAir.
