Minor maintenance update

Make the ruler easier to use (by sending rotation gestures go to drawing tools when the ruler is active). Make state-changes that disable drawing tools resilient to unexpected errors, in case this is the cause of pen "disconnect" behavior described in a user report.

Maintenance update, reorganizing code for features in the future. Minor changes: • Allow full-page systems in template (for large ensembles) • Fix a glitch with page controls when the current page is reordered in the pages sidebar • Render templates more efficiently

Bug fixes: • fix an issue causing the button menu to close immediately on iPadOS 26 • fix an issue causing the piano to be silent on some devices

New extended template options! Add pre-drawn systems and measure lines to projects. • Great for writing for multiple-staff instruments (eg. piano), or ensembles. • Also helpful for exercises (eg. counterpoint) with a fixed number of measures. Resolve an issue where in-app purchase transactions could be left in an incomplete state.

Audio fixes for the piano keyboard, fixing an issue where the piano is mute until the app restarts: * handle audio interruptions (eg. calls) gracefully, reloading audio when the interruption concludes * allow reloading audio when the piano keyboard is toggled to fix any glitches * stricter midi event ordering to avoid scheduling note-off events before corresponding note-on events

Fix an issue where the piano doesn't sound when the device is in silent mode. Improved handling of piano resizing and scrolling.

UI tweaks for larger display sizes and under-the-hood improvements.

Show ledger guidelines to help write ledger lines neatly and consistently.

Minor bug fixes. Prompt users to rate the app occasionally.

Add a banner to clarify why the piano is muted when the device is in silent mode and headphones are not connected, since this can be a bit surprising. Fix minor UI glitches when changing split view width.

New pages sidebar! • Duplicate pages and edit to try variations without copying everything over. • Reorder (long-press then drag) and delete pages to edit your work. • Insert blank pages in the middle of a score to add.

New piano keyboard! Work out ideas on a virtual piano wherever you are! Available when you want it, hides when you don't. It supports playing as many notes as you have fingers. Drag the top bar to resize or scroll horizontally. To keep app size small, it features a single piano sound. I've reduced the high-end a bit to adapt it for tablet speakers. Feedback is welcome. The piano is only available in fullscreen for now.

Page limit for the free version. Change some pages to overlays to be less disruptive. Some minor bug fixes.
