I originally got this app back in September 2025 and it DID have all the features and customizing tools shown in the preview screenshots and I used them and it was AWESOME! BUT IT ALL WENT AWAY!?! Now all you can do is just pick two songs and you can only combine a 30 second part of each, and you can’t do any customizing whatsoever not even move the vocals or the instrumental back-and-forth literally nothing. WHY DID THIS HAPPEN?! And how can you advertise in the preview shots and the description that you can do all these things but you actually cannot??!!??!

I downloaded this app from an advertisement on Facebook. I see it has in app purchases which naturally I understand that means I would have to buy a subscription if I want to have full use. I thought I would give it a try to see if it would be worth the purchase. Upon the initial setup it is immediately trying to get me to sign up for a subscription without even trying the program. Through the multiple taps they make it seem like you have to pay for the subscription to even use the program. I finally figured out how to get out of the initial screen to use it. I tried to do one mashup which never was made while it says should take 2-5 minutes. There is a button that says you can speed up the time if you pay for the subscription. But I am not paying for something that doesn’t even work in the trial version. Needless to say I am giving this a one star as it is clear they are trying to bait and switch you into buying a subscription without even trying the program.

I recently downloaded AI DJ with high expectations, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I have been unable to create a single mashup, which was a core feature I was looking forward to using. Also, my attempts to reach out to customer support have been met with silence. Their lack of responsiveness is frustrating and leaves me feeling unsupported, especially considering I encountered issues right from the start.What’s even more surprising is that the app prompts users for a review before giving them adequate time to explore its features. This feels quite deceptive, as it’s clear that many users like myself are not satisfied with the app's performance.I haven't felt ripped off in a long time, but this experience has definitely left me feeling that way. I am now requesting a refund, as I believe I should not have to pay for a service that does not deliver on its promises.I hope my feedback will help others make an informed decision.

Why do I have to pay cash to make my own music mashup??? Even when I search up a song online??? That’s ridiculous. I’m glad I didn’t subscribe or pay money to you jerks. Until you actually have some respect for your customers and actually let them make their own mashups without forcing them to pay, then I will never come back to this app again. I wish there was an option where a customer could give apps a zero star rating, cuz yall deserve one. Audios cheapskates never using this app again✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼
