HOW IT WORKS
1. Assessment: age, weight, height, goal, weekly frequency, available equipment, restrictions and preferences.
2. AI generates your workout plan (split, exercises, sets, reps and starting loads) and your diet (meals with calories and macros calculated for your goal).
3. You train with the app open: exercise videos, rest timer and set-by-set logging. At the end, you rate the workout and the plan evolves with you.
