We've made the app even more fun -- you can earn awards as you use the app and visit unique locations! Check out the new Awards tab to find out the virtual awards you can earn. We've also added a Leaderboard trail where you can see the most popular locations that people visit.

Happy Birthday, America! In celebration, we've added a collection of patriotic passport covers for you! We've also made some small quality of life improvements in the app.

Greatly simplified the Submit New Location form in Settings to make it easier for users to suggest locations to add to the Beer Passport directory.

Forgot to record a recent visit? No worries! Since version 1.6 you can now record a visit anywhere. And with this update you can set the date of your visit, too!

Small fix for adding stamp immediately after saving a visit.

You've commented and we've listened! The Beer Passport app now allows you to record a visit to ANY location! You no longer need to be physically present at a location in order to save a visit--even if that location is not yet in the directory! For unknown locations, simply enter the name, configure the color of the passport sticker to generate, and you're done! All saved visits, verified or not, can be added to your virtual passport in the app! We've also made the map a lot faster and adjusted other aspects of the app to improve your experience. Cheers!

We're back, baby! In this release, we've updated the user interface for the latest iOS, fixed some small bugs, and made some quality of life modifications. In addition, you can now create custom searches based on location types, amenities, and more! For example, you can search for dog friendly locations that make cider. You can also use these expanded options to create trails based on your search preferences. Oh, and one more thing... We said that we'd add more custom virtual passport covers to the app and this release delivers! We've added a custom cover for the United States, all 50 States, and the District of Columbia! So now you can decorate your passports by region or just pick a design that you like the best. Cheers! P.S. Create multiple virtual passports! You can now create multiple passports in the app, allowing you to create a separate passport for a roadtrip, different visited cities, or for any other reason! Multiple passport book covers are included, allowing you to customize your passports. You can set the cover to the original Beer Passport to match the physical passport book or a special cover for Cincinnati, Ohio or Asheville, North Carolina. With more book cover options coming in the future!

Fix bug that prevented seeing details when tapping a single location in the map.

Map improvements! * Added snap to my location button * Map now starts at a zoom level to show all locations from search or trail * Locations are grouped together based on zoom level As more and more locations are added to the Beer Passport directory, displaying all of the locations on the map at all zoom levels makes the map very messy and harder to gauge how many locations exist in each area. To improve the user experience, locations are now grouped with other locations near them. As you zoom out, more and more locations will group together; and as you zoom in, they will separate and become individual pins on the map. To help you find more tasty brew, we've added trails to the Beer Passport app! In this version, you can add to your list of trails by selecting a known trail or create your own! There's lot of ways to create custom trails! You can create... * Static trails from a list of known locations; or * Dynamic trails based on various criteria Dynamic trails automatically update as new locations get added! You can customize these trails to show locations: * Within a certain radius from a location (e.g. 20 miles from Downtown Cincinnati) * In any number of US States (e.g. Ohio, The Pacific Northwest, etc) * Matching your own custom search criteria And that's not all! You can share your custom trails with friends! Export your custom trail, send it to your friends, and then they can import that trail into their own set of trails!
