After her husband's betrayal, Alex returns to her mother's old family farm with her daughter, Emma. But instead of a quiet life, she's faced with debts and visits from her ex-husband Graham and his lawyer, who are trying to take the land away. The farm is the only thing the family has left, and Alex decides to fight for it at any cost.
Emma learns to find joy even in difficult circumstances: she meets their neighbors, adopts a cute puppy, helps her mother set up their new life, and curiously delves into all the secrets the farm holds. Emma becomes the main incentive for Alex not to give up: after all, her daughter's future depends on her determination.
As the farm gradually comes back to life, friends and allies appear by their side: caring neighbor Marge, loyal puppy Pixie, old flame Sebastian, and childhood friend Cassandra. Together, they restore buildings and fight injustice. But with each victory, Alex faces new mysteries on her path: a strange black car outside the house, a weird key with the initials "V. V.", and the shadow of Mayor Vivienne. Her visits start to look less and less like concern for the life of the neighborhood and more like a hidden threat.
Balancing between family problems, budding feelings for Sebastian, and a dangerous investigation, Alex gets closer to the truth step by step. Her goal is to save the farm, protect Emma, and get back what was taken from her.

Just started playing and it’s a lot of fun and easy to do. I love how this makes you look and think and move while playing ( your hands!) this keeps you alert and Free to play! I would recommend this game to Everyone of All Ages!

Edit to update: this game WAS super fun, BUT once you get to around level 80, you can barely do anything without spending a significant amount of money! I cannot afford to spend on this game anymore, which means I’ll likely have to delete it because you can’t fulfill many orders or successfully compete in any competitions without spending money on booster packs. You get 100 energy per log in, which doesn’t amount to much, and almost every order contains at least one maxed out item.. it’s impossible to reach that level of an item without buying energy. Extremely frustrating because I truly loved this game.This is one of the MOST FUN games I have found! It is engaging, addicting and has zero ads. That being said, admittedly I have spent way too much time and money on it with the optional purchases. Sadly, the major downside is that it’s glitchy.. I’ve found that 95% of the time I try to access the Twins’ Peak levels the app crashes. Today, I haven’t had access to that part of the game at all because it has crashed 100% of the time I’ve clicked to access those levels, which is very frustrating. I’d also caution anyone whose children want to play this game, it does have a special game within the game (not sure what the proper terminology is lol) - it’s basically where you earn points to watch these little episodes of a storyline, and there’s no option to opt out of this. These videos are like a little soap opera and 100% NOT SUITABLE for children, so be aware of that. That being said, perfectly suitable and fun for adults and this game overall is awesome if you can withstand p the glitches, and you’re either patient enough to wait for energy levels to renew, or okay with spending money

I’m going to be completely honest because I really do love playing Pines Peak, but I’m getting extremely frustrated with the direction of this game.First, the Facebook page is basically useless. There are little to no updates, no real communication, and no information about what’s going on with the game. If you want your players to stay invested, you have to actually communicate with them.And then there are the story videos. I LOVE the stories, but let’s be real—they are ridiculously difficult to finish without spending a ridiculous amount of money. I have spent over $100 on a single story event and still wasn’t even close to finishing it. That is not challenging—that feels like a money grab.I have no problem spending money on a game I enjoy. What I have a problem with is spending over $100 and feeling like I’m still being pushed to spend even more just to have a chance at completing an event.So I’m done spending money on the story videos until something changes. I would much rather spend money on a game where I feel rewarded for playing than one where the events feel intentionally impossible unless you keep opening your wallet.I honestly want to give Pines Peak five stars, but right now I can’t. The game has so much potential, and I wish the developers would listen to the players before they push away the people who have supported the game.I love this game. That’s exactly why I’m frustrated. Fix the events, communicate with your players, and give us a fair chance to actually finish the stories without spending hundreds of dollars.

I'm used to pop-up ads in games, but the ads in Pines Peak make it unplayable. I spent more time watching ads than playing. Also, they pop up at the absolute worst times.Btw, there are none at first. They start showing up after you’ve already put time into a few levels. I guess it's to convince newer players to buy the ad-free version. They should just be honest and price the app at $8, since playing is impossible without buying the ad-free package. But that’s just my opinion.The game itself is great, so I give it 2 stars instead of one. I was ready to make this my new game, but I don't see a reason to play it over the other millions of games when it is more frustrating than fun.
