Our mission is to foster a community of mind & movement, and to provide those within, a variety of services they need to pursue better health, engage in their world, and fuel their purpose.
The vision is to create a welcoming, social space where individuals can nurture their mind, body, and spirit, empowering them to live healthier, more balanced lives through holistic practices, personal growth, and community support.
Offering a medley of classes focused on four circles of wellness, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, we enable a holistic health solution for the mind & body.
Memberships are all inclusive and include reformer and mat pilates, yoga, meditation, cardio, sound healing, breathwork, recovery and a variety of outdoor and mystery classes to keep things interesting!
