We now support cardio routes! You can find routes to follow over on the cardio tab of the workout page. Generate a route or select a location to head to and have it plan a run or cycle there! The cardio tab also features some new stats for your tracked routes * Route planning is still rolling out by area. Most of the UK is already supported.

Water tracking has been updated for improved functionality. Added an exercise edit page and improved the visual design of the add exercise page for routines. The exercise page now includes training suggestions for weight training, providing warmup and working set recommendations based on your training history or beginner tips if you're just starting out. The "add exercise" button on the diet page now allows you to select from a list of activities and input details like time, distance, and laps to quickly track calories from activities outside of dedicated training plans. The exercise creation page has been completely redesigned with improved visuals and new tracking capabilities. You can now track: Weights×Reps, Distance×Time, Distance×Laps, Reps, Laps, Time, and Distance. METs values are now included for exercises, with calorie calculation integration coming in a future update. Thank you for your continued support and feedback!

HOTFIX: The workout calendar now correctly loads data from the server and device cache.

Added a new workout overview section to the workouts home page. It lets you see at a glance what muscle groups you've been training and whats being missed. Updated the weekly workout tracker to now show weekly, and monthly data. Fixed some issues deleting or updating items from popup dialogues.
