Jo doesn’t just do the bare minimum, she goes above and beyond for her clients because she truly loves what she does! she has encouraged me and helped me grow not only physically, but mentally as well. her business has grown and now includes another coach! coach Ev is also sooo committed to us! even though each client has one or the other, they BOTH spend time encouraging and challenging all of us. being included in JTB Fit has helped me feel like i’m a part of a community. we’re all able to talk back and forth, give recommendations, see each other’s success, and be there when things are tough. i’ve had other coaches in the past, and it’s easy to say i wish i had been able to start with Jo from the beginning 🤍

This app also reflects that! From steps, to water intake, to tracking workouts, cardio, and nutrition It’s an amazing tool and super convenient and helpful! Cant recommend her enough!!
