Zone Share - Screen Sharing for Ultrawide Monitors - is the essential screen sharing solution for macOS ultrawide monitor users, lecturers, remote workers and anyone that needs to share the screen. Zone Share allows to share/mirror only a portion of your screen in Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, and any video conferencing app.
Perfect Screen Sharing for Ultrawide Displays
Ultrawide monitors create a problem: when you share your entire screen in video calls, your audience sees tiny, unreadable content. Zone Share solves this with selective screen mirroring - share only the area of your screen that matters, with the perfect ratio. No more sharing of just single applications.
Zone Share is ideal for remote work, lectures, tutorials, and teaching sessions—whether you’re presenting slides, live-coding, walking through designs, or explaining documents. Lecturers, remote workers and instructors can focus students’ attention on exactly the relevant part of the screen, avoid visual clutter, and keep text readable even on large ultrawide displays. Bring your screen to life with built-in tools for drawing and highlighting. Whether you need a laser pointer for a lecture, a spotlight for a tutorial, or a timer for a workshop, the toolbar has you covered.
How It Works
1. Select any area of your screen to mirror
2. Zone Share creates a separate window with that content
3. Share the Zone Share window in your conferencing software
Your viewers see exactly what you want at the perfect size—no more squinting at stretched, tiny screens.

Game-Changer for Online Teaching
Man.Osm
This app is a must-have for educators! As someone who teaches coding with an ultrawide monitor, sharing the full screen was impossible—students couldn't read a thing. Zone Share lets me share only the code window or slide, keeping text crystal clear. The drawing tools are perfect for highlighting syntax during live demos. It has genuinely improved my online classes.

Thank you very much for the great feedback!
Put simply: DOES NOT WORK
SpencerR_1977
I downloaded the free version and it was clunky. I thought maybe if I pay the one-time fee it would work better. NOPE! I set it to 16:9 ratio and selected start mirroring and it duplicated my screen continuously. I then selected a box to share in Teams and it did not work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY like I did. I’ve used a similar product called Region to Share for my PC and it worked beautifully. Sadly, that product is unavailable for Mac. I’ll keep trying and hoping not to waste more money. A refund would be great, but we all know how that goes these days.

Thank you for the feedback. Please update the app to the new version and give it another try. If it still does not work, you can also reach out via email, maybe I can help.
Not working on MacBook v15.6 and Microsoft Teams
TYZC1
The app does not work at all on Mac v15.6 when sharing on Microsoft Teams. As soon as I click “share” on “zone share window” on Teams meeting, it just goes dark and bounce back to Teams. The visitors in the meeting see nothing. I have the share permission in Privacy setting. I have tried everything I can find on Internet but no luck.
Developer Response
Sorry to hear that it didn’t work for you. We and other users have tested this with Microsoft Teams and it works as expected, but Teams can behave differently depending on the macOS version, Microsoft Teams version, and hardware. If you’re willing, please share these details so we can reproduce the issue and improve compatibility.
