Good concept, but lacks diversity and transparency

Good concept, but the reviewer pool seems heavily skewed toward Asian users, which makes the feedback feel less diverse than I expected. The app also advertises that you can join the platform and start reviewing, but my application has never been approved, with no explanation or clear process. The lack of transparency around who gets accepted as a reviewer, combined with the apparent demographic imbalance, makes the platform feel somewhat exclusionary.
