The back button on the report detail screen now always returns to the reports list screen, making it easier to navigate out of a report from anywhere in the app. Also made security and permissions improvements across the server, including stricter access checks on reports, jobs, calendar events and booking slots, along with more reliable payment handling and general bug fixes.

Admins can now remind clients who haven't yet booked an appointment, prompting them with a push notification to select a suitable time. This update also fixes several issues that appeared after owners and agents gained support for multiple flats across properties.

Owners and agents can now be associated with multiple flats across multiple properties. As a result, the sign up flow has been updated to support adding multiple property and flat pairs during registration. When reporting a problem, owners and agents now select which specific flat the report is for. Tenants continue with a single flat as before. This update also includes a fix for calendar event notifications not reaching all users, along with general bug fixes and improvements.

Added support for selecting multiple properties per calendar event, with related UI and functionality updates. Also improved report handling so that when an admin comments on an unreviewed report, it automatically moves to “Comments” status, making ongoing admin discussions easier to identify.

Revamped report search to be more flexible, allowing users to search by report ID, property name, property address, or complainant name through a unified search bar, making it easier to find specific reports.

Added new functionality allowing tradespeople to withdraw from accepted jobs, provided the job has not yet been started or completed. Also updated app packages and made changes to support compliance with the latest store requirements.

Bookings now support multiple clients per timeslot. Admins can set a slot capacity when creating a booking, allowing a tradesperson to attend to several clients within the same time window.

Added deep links to notifications, so users are taken directly to the relevant report or job when they tap a notification. Also made bug fixes and security improvements across multiple screens.

Added searching by report ID to allow admins to more easily find specific reports. Also added an admin-only report discussion thread and report closing reason, and fixed an issue where the “Next Steps” button could appear on already-closed reports.

Added datetimes to track when report quotes were submitted and when job invoices were uploaded. Report invoices now also track whether they’ve been paid and when they were paid. Paid invoices also can no longer be deleted once the related job is marked as paid.

On the individual report screen, complainants can now see the tradespeople quotes when the report is marked as “Likely leaseholder cost.”

Admins can now unassign pending tradespeople report assignments.

Tradespeople can now delete and re-upload invoices for completed jobs.

Added property access notes for storing reusable access instructions, along with multiple access codes for each property, saved with a name, value and description. Admins can then use this information going forward to streamline the process of providing access instructions to tradespeople for that property.

Users and admins can now attach PDF documents when submitting issue reports. Also introduced a new report category: Waste & Bulky Items.

Added zooming for report photos, allowing users to view details more clearly.

Added report image navigation in the photo carousel (left/right arrows), along with loading states and a photo counter, on the Individual Report screen and the Request Information screen.

We’ve added a new associated link field to calendar events so users can easily open and copy web links directly from the individual event screen.

Users can now directly take photos using the camera or pick them from the gallery when attaching photos to reports.

A new “Instant Alert” option is now available in Calendar Events. Admins can send an alert immediately without setting a date, time, or duration. These alerts appear in the calendar just like all other events, so past events and alerts remain visible together in one place.

Introduced in-app notification banners for tradespeople showing the number of open jobs, jobs awaiting availability, and active jobs. In addition, the app icon now also shows a red badge with the total count of current jobs.

Added “Share with entire property” option for admins, allowing reports to be shared with all tenants, owners, and agents of a property- keeping everyone aligned on ongoing property-wide issues.

Added an intermediary “Reports with Unread Comments” modal to make it easier for users to find reports with unread comments.

Assigned tradespeople can now comment on reports.

Introduced comment sections for reports, allowing admins, complainants, property owners, and agents to communicate in one centralised place. Assigned tradespeople are also able to view comments for full transparency. Notable new features include unread comment notifications and a complete conversation history displayed in chronological order.
