Luna is an AI intimacy coach. You can ask her the thing you wouldn't ask a friend, at 3 in the morning if that's when it comes up, and she answers with real information instead of a lecture. No judgment, no awkward pause. What you tell her stays between you two. She's a coach, not a clinician, so she won't replace a doctor or a therapist, and she'll tell you when it's time to see one.
Tell her what you'd like to change and she puts together a 21-day journey around it: one short ritual a day, under three minutes. Some days it's a reflection, some days a small experiment, some days a conversation to have with your partner or with yourself. Each day you finish adds to your streak. If you miss one, your shield covers it. When you finish a level, Luna tells you what she noticed and builds the next one.
Everything Luna says, and every ritual, comes from a team of more than 20 sex therapists, psychologists and gynecologists. Plain language, no mystique.
