Okt2Pay aplikacija je namenjena potrošačima javnog komunalnog preduzeća „Drugi oktobar“ u Vršcu i pruža praktično rešenje za upravljanje komunalnim uslugama. Potrošač se identifikuje putem dobijenog PIN koda i na glavnoj stranici aplikacije može pročitati najnovije vesti koje se tiču njegove ulice, kao i važne informacije za ceo grad.
Osim vesti, potrošači mogu da pregledaju statistiku potrošnje gasa i drugih komunalnih usluga i ostave svoja mišljenja i ocene za preduzeće „Drugi oktobar“ putem aktuelnih anketa. Aplikacija omogućava unos vrednosti za potrošnju gasa i vode, pregled nepplaćenih računa, kao i detaljan uvid u karticu potrošača.
