PetPulse 2.0 is a major update built around an all-new care scheduling system that replaces the old Treatment Plans and Appointments. You can now create activity plans for ten types of pet care: Boarding, Checkup, Dental, Exercise, Grooming, Medication, Training, Vaccination, Veterinary visits, and a freeform Other category. Each type has its own tailored fields so you capture the right details for each kind of care. Your existing Treatment Plans and Appointments automatically convert to the new system on first launch — your history is intact and there is nothing to do on your end. Recurring schedules are now more flexible. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly patterns with multiple time slots per day, and choose whether a schedule runs indefinitely, ends after a fixed number of occurrences, or stops on a specific date. The schedule engine is DST-aware: when the clocks change, your recurring reminders stay at the right time. Sharing with family and caregivers is improved. Share any care plan with a family member, pet sitter, or caregiver via iCloud — no extra account needed. When they mark a task complete on their device, you see it in real time. It works the other way too: your completions appear on their device straight away. The Today tab now shows activity indicator dots on calendar days that have scheduled care, color-coded to your pet. Complete and incomplete tasks look different at a glance. Notifications are smarter too: instead of a generic reminder, you will now see your pet's name and, for medications, the medicine name — so you always know exactly who needs what. This update also includes file-based export and import for care plans. Export a plan to send to your vet, or import one they have prepared. Medication and Vaccination exports include the linked medicine automatically. Settings has been completely reorganized into named sections, and you can now add or edit species, pet conditions, and medicine categories directly from their picker menus. The app has a refreshed design with a new cohesive color theme, redesigned cards, and horizontal scrolling date and time pickers. To update: open PetPulse, and the first launch will convert your existing data. Everything carries forward.

You can share this copy by email, messages or any other way you like. The person you share it with can then import it. * Owners can collaborate with others to manage a pet’s care. Owners can send a collaboration request, and once it’s accepted, any changes to the completion state or notes will automatically update for everyone involved. This way, you can leave your pet with a friend and give them a complete care schedule while seeing real-time updates. * NOTE: If you used the previous collaboration sharing system, PetPulse will perform a migration to clean up the old data and replace it with the new. We're excited to announce a big update to PetPulse: a new appointment system! Now, you can manage vet visits, grooming sessions, and other pet-related appointments alongside your existing treatment plans. To make things easier, we've brought appointments and treatment plans together into a single "Schedules" tab, giving you a clear view of all your pet's upcoming activities in one place. Your appointments will sync automatically across all your devices. This is another step in making PetPulse the one-stop-shop for managing your pet's entire well-being.

On startup PetPulse scrolls to today’s date more reliably. Made the add button tap area larger for medicines and treatment plans. Other minor usability fixes.

Fixed in issue with Treatment Plans when the start date is changed treatments are updated correctly. Fixed in issue where monthly treatments scheduled on the 31st of a month were incorrectly shifted earlier.
