Finally public sector app that looks good and does the basics well, unfortunately the app is slow to navigate, feels heavy on the UX, and missing some native features such as linking tickets to Apple Wallet for easy access.Also please fix how the app resets many of its settings after updating (asking to login again, and losing the file and calendar permissions).

I spent most of two hours attempting to book four seats on the high speed train from Tanger to Rabat in April. I signed up for the app only to go through the hoops of putting in the names and phone numbers of my fellow travelers. Each phone number was changed by the program from +1United States to +1Canada, leading to an error message. The app finally let me use my wife’s credit card number to pay. After putting in all the requested info, a blank screen appeared and would not go away until I finally re-booted. One of the most frustrating experiences of my life! And the ONCF has my wife’s credit card information and I have nothing.

First of all, it doesn’t work from US, you need VPN connected to Morocco in order to be able to use this app ( same goes with their website)2. it changes outbound date in search results to the previous date : say you’re searching for departure from Marrakesh on November 1, the search results shows departure date October 31 instead, however, if you pick a train and add it to the cart, the cart shows November 1. Then if you go to check out, it shows again October 31.And finally, it doesn’t take any foreign credit cards even though gives you the option to choose one. Turns out a completely useless app.

Though you are charged extra for semi-flex and flex tickets when purchasing tickets online, you cannot get a refund when you cancel without going to a ONCF ticket office. They say you can do it online by using the Manage Reservation, but there is no option to cancel (only to change/edit the ticket). Downloaded the app and the site claimed that they could not locate my reservation. The online support on Facebook and WhatsApp would not help. All in all, it is a scam in getting a refund if you don’t have access to an ONCF ticket office.
