SupplementMD builds a supplement plan around you — your health profile, your goals, the medications you take and the allergies you have — and checks it for safety before suggesting anything.
WHAT IT DOES
• A personal plan in about five minutes. Answer a few questions and get a plan that fits your conditions, goals, diet and lifestyle, with a dose and a time of day for each supplement.
• Safety checks on every recommendation. Interactions with your medications, allergens hidden in ingredient panels, upper limits on doses, and warnings for your health conditions — reviewed before a supplement reaches your plan, and again whenever you add one.
• A daily routine you can actually keep. Morning, afternoon and bedtime, reminders, one-tap logging, streaks, and a Stack Score that shows how well your supplements fit together.
• Insights that notice what changes. Adherence over the weeks, quick daily check-ins on sleep, energy and mood, and what moved with what.
• Over a thousand supplements and more than a hundred health topics, each with the research behind the recommendation — how strong the evidence is, how many studies, what kind.
• Apple Health: sleep, steps, resting heart rate, heart rate variability and body measurements can feed your plan and your insights. Optional, read-only, and never used for advertising.
• The whole app in Arabic.
WHAT IT IS NOT
SupplementMD is not a doctor. It is information and organization, built from published research and reviewed for safety. Always check with your physician or pharmacist before starting or changing a supplement routine, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking prescription medication.
INDEPENDENT
We sell no supplements and carry no sponsorships. Recommendations come from research, not from brands.
PREMIUM
The free tier includes your plan, your routine and the library. Premium adds unlimited supplements in your stack, the full safety review on everything you add, insights and Stack Score, and Apple Health. Subscriptions renew automatically; the price is shown in the app before you buy, and you can cancel any time in your Apple ID settings.
