Tried multiple times. Worked a few times but after purchasing “coins” for additional shots it just takes my $ and never creates the photo. Absolute scam.Updated . Yes, I purchased and TRIED to generate images. Some worked, others still haven’t. The newest images I tried to create still have not come through to me, on the app - the app is stuck on “99% generating” for those images for several of the photos (for many days prior it just had the rotating circle). Maybe try fixing the obvious glitches in your app/software instead of calling every negative review “disingenuous.”

This review is disingenuous.We looked at our logs and narrowed down who you could be, because there was only one person who had any trouble around the time you posted this. From our records we see that you purchased credits 20, and 100 at two occasions on the 7th and 8th of December. You used the credits on the 7, 8th Dec, and on the 10th Jan and received all 9 images you generated. And on the 14Jan you attempted to generate 2 more images but closed the app before completion only to come back 10+ hours later. Unfortunately by this time the images were lost as you didn’t claim it within 1hr of creation. If you contacted us through the settings/email-us we could have supported you immediately and refunded the credits.Instead claiming that we scammed you out of your money and not provided images is unfortunate and disingenuous. Best wishes.

This app gave me 7 of the worst AI selfies ever. I bought enough for 10 selfies and didn’t even use the rest because they were all so bad. The last one I looked like Selena Gomez and I am in now way Hispanic and I don’t have a round face like her. 🤦🏻‍♀️. All of the photos were literally the worst and it gave me the most exaggerated deep crease/wrinkle under my right eye (but not the left) and exaggerated my barely even noticeable lines around my mouth, deepened them to the extent of full on ()… awful.

We are continuously improving our models and the app to give you the best possible experience, but unfortunately with the current state of AI, it sometimes can make mistakes and to a large extent the output depends on the given selfie. But a lot of people get very good results fast and we are very surprised that you didn't. If you please use the in-app support on Settings/Email we can return your credits and guide you to get good results.

Unfortunately there's not enough information here to provide actionable insight. Due to the nature of current state of AI Image enhancement, it can sometimes make mistakes. Quality of the output largely depends on the image provided. Therefore we ask the users to use a high-resolution profile image where the face can clearly be seen, and also of a high resolution. Usually screenshots from Instagram or other social media do not have a high resolution and has imperceptible distortions due to filtering and compression. Unfortunately calling the app a scam is less than charitable. We offer free image credits for the first 3 days so that the user can trial and decide if it suits them. Also very low cost pay-as-you-go credit system without locking the user into expensive subscriptions. If you need further assistance please reach us out from the app settings/email us. The FAQ also has guidance on how to use the app. Best regards
