This app is great. It analyzes food/drink from a photo or brief text entry with incredible accuracy and is simple to adjust. No more scanning barcodes and calculating based on portions! I used to set a reminder for the evening to record all my intake for the day but with the photo entry feature I’ve been encouraged to monitor my intake earlier so that I make better choices for the rest of the day, which, to me, is really the goal: awareness. Great for tracking fasting as well and I really like the way metrics are presented.

I’ve used Oregano for a little while and I love the photo logging for drinks, meals, and the “Start Fast” feature for intermittent fasting. The macronutrient breakdown (protein, carbs, fat) and the streak/day count keep me motivated. The app also will notify you (if you wish) so you don’t forget to log your food! It’s quick and accurate, which has been a huge help for my tracking intake. The app is really easy to use and I really appreciate how well it scans food! Highly recommend!

I’ve used calorie tracking apps in the past, but this is by far the best I’ve ever used! It is so user-friendly and the AI capabilities are unmatched. You only have to photograph your food/drink and the system automatically calculates the nutrition info to help you track. The features also make intermittent fasting very manageable. I would definitely recommend this app to people looking to track their consumption.

What I love about this app is the simplicity! What looks like a basic tracker app has more in store than what you would tend to think on the first look. The AI features are outstanding, making it quick and easy to log food. My favorite part of the app is that it is designed for people who intermittent fast.
