more Your data now has more layers of protection. Also, the app got a makeover in terms of newsletters and notifications. And finally, we squashed some bugs.
2.14.3 2d ago
Nothing new, just some bug fixes to make life smoother
2.14.2 Jul 14
The app is more true to Seer's mission, it is more goal-oriented than logging oriented
2.14.1 Jul 13
Fiber finally gets a seat at the macronutrient table.
Log food faster with search and quick add, all backed by USDA nutrition data. Insights and suggestions got a clean sweep.
Newsletters are fixed.
No more logging into the void: you'll see your entry processing in real time.
Smoother startup, sharper timeline cards, and a bigger engine under the hood.
2.13.1 Jul 1
- Devices no longer claim to be connected when they've clearly ghosted you
- Sleep tracking got a glow-up — your midnight snack walks are now documented
- More metrics: heart rate, steps, and other proof you're alive
- Export your data — it's yours, we're just holding it
- Insights: now more insightful
2.13.0 Jun 26
Added sleep in bed
Updated movement tracker
Better meal parsing
Unconfirmed users can now get their email confirmation code resent
2.12.2 Jun 24
The app now scales better under pressure, like a yoga instructor who moonlights as a load balancer. Bundle size went on a diet and came out leaner, which your users' storage bills will appreciate. Correlations got smarter, Seer no longer confidently tells you that eating a sandwich causes Tuesday.
First impressions matter: there is now a splash screen so the app doesn't just blink into existence like a sleep-deprived intern. Two new goals joined the roster: managing COPD and reducing substance use, because health is not a one-size-fits-all situation. Icons got a refresh, which is exactly as exciting as it sounds and somehow also exactly what was needed.
Onboarding messaging got sharper, so new users spend less time confused and more time actually using the thing. Every goal now ships with reading materials, in case users prefer to understand their health rather than just track it. The weekly newsletter is now a real thing that goes out, containing actual useful information presented in a way that does not make people immediately unsubscribe.
Water is now a tracked activity, joining the long list of things Seer monitors that your doctor has been asking about for years. Finally, insights and suggestions got a full AI-powered upgrade. Seer now thinks before it speaks, which puts it ahead of most group chats.
2.12 Jun 22
Fresh typography.
The Home screen now shows a muted weekly score when you've only logged movement. Insights cards expand on tap instead of dumping everything at once.
Meal photos show up in the timeline.
Quick capture got a cleaner look.
And you can now invite friends.
2.11.0 Jun 18
Macros Finally Show Up
Protein and fat join carbs in the calories summary card (CARBS / PROTEIN / FAT row), and individual meal entries show all three in the detail view and edit sheet.
Meal Photos in Your Timeline
Photos logged during meal review now appear in the saved timeline entry.
Smarter Auto-Sync
Apple Health auto-sync now waits until after 10 PM to do its daily sweep, so it's not quietly running in the background during your day.
2.10.0 Jun 8
Reducing alcohol is now a goal
Select "Cut back or stop drinking" during onboarding or in Settings. Alcohol gets its own quick-log button on the Today screen, tracks against your weekly progress, and surfaces the "No alcohol for 7 days" experiment when relevant.
Log symptoms with your camera
Tap the photo icon in Quick Capture to snap or upload a photo — Seer reads it for visible symptoms and adds it to your timeline.
Apple Health sync now shows you when it ran
The Devices screen displays the last auto-sync time. The movement goal now requires a meaningful session (4,000 steps or 160 kcal) to count toward your weekly X/7.
Bug fixes
- Your Starting Point card no longer reappears after an Apple Health sync
- Tapping Log now takes you straight to your timeline
- Daily notification consolidation: one reminder per day, not multiple
2.9.0 Jun 7
Notifications fixed
- You now get exactly one notification per day, at your chosen reminder time.
- The notification shows your AI coach message when one is ready, your weekly report when it's available, or a default check-in otherwise.
- Weekly report is now folded into your regular morning notification instead of arriving as a separate alert.
Automatic update prompts
- The app will now let you know when a new version is available on the App Store, so you don't have to check manually.
2.8.2 Jun 3
- Yanked out the velvet rope — no more invite codes
- Home now actually refreshes when you pull it (revolutionary, we know)
- Loading skeleton so the app looks busy while it thinks
- Edit your meal description, get fresh nutrition numbers. Mess it up, get a warning.
Squashed bugs
- Health sync finally updates your checkmarks (they were just vibing before)
- Onboarding was broken in fun and creative ways — fixed

2.4.0 Apr 30
This version brings clearer Suggestions behavior and stronger daily tracking. We also improved camera permission reliability for photo/barcode logging, with better blocked-state guidance to Settings. Timeline and trend UX were further refined with clearer day-to-day summaries, more consistent interactions, and improved long-range progress readability.
2.3.2 Apr 23
Fixes saving optional body and vitals during onboarding. Face ID and Touch ID unlock is less intrusive: we only ask again after you’ve been away for several minutes, not every time you return to the app.
2.2.1 Apr 18
Adds a dedicated Suggestions tab—gentle ideas from your goals and logs; save, hide, or turn them into 7-day experiments. Onboarding now uses one unified goal list (including smoking), an optional first name, and tips for Suggestions. Insights focuses on patterns with a simpler nudge toward Suggestions. The journey strip scrolls cleanly on smaller phones, and opening your daily log is more reliable.
2.2.0 Apr 18
Introduces Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple, optional biometric sign-in for returning users, and improved password reset and change-password flows. Updating the date or time of an existing log is now more reliable. The app displays as Seer Health on your device, with small sign-in and reminder polish throughout.
2.1.1 Apr 17
Your data now has more layers of protection. Also, the app got a makeover in terms of newsletters and notifications. And finally, we squashed some bugs.
