Version 2.17 brings full support for iPhone Duo, a big Apple Watch update and a few fixes. iPhone Duo - Designed for both displays: folded, the app fits the cover screen; unfolded, Home splits into two panes, with your spot and the temperature chart on the left and the rest of the feed on the right. - New Today timeline, exclusive to iPhone Duo: the side strip shows every hour from 6 am to 10 pm, colored by swimming conditions, plus the best time to swim, sunrise, sunset and the current time. - As you scroll, a compact card keeps the water temperature, the change since yesterday and the Water Safety Index in view. - Menu, Favorites, Settings and tips are adapted to the larger screen. Apple Watch - New Water Safety Index page: an animated ring that smoothly changes color with the score, a clear verdict and today's best time to swim. Tap the ring to see what drives the score: water temperature, waves, currents, wind and sky. - Hour-by-hour swimming conditions (Premium). - Waves and wind page for sea spots: wave height, period and direction, a wind compass and the next 8 hours. - Weekend page: Saturday or Sunday, which day is better for a swim. - Temperature alerts (Premium): get notified when the water reaches your temperature, up to 5 alerts. - Compare your favorites by the warmest water or the strongest warming, and see nearby spots, warmest first. - New watch Settings: switch between °C and °F and manage notifications. - Ask Siri: "What's the water temperature in WaterTemp Now?" iPhone and Apple Watch together - Units, favorites and Premium now sync instantly between your iPhone and Apple Watch.
