Add what needs doing. Flowo places it into the time you actually have, around your fixed events, with breaks. No dragging blocks around a grid at 11pm.
Rebuilds the day when it breaks
A task ran forty minutes over? Flowo reflows what is left instead of leaving you with a schedule that is now a lie. You see exactly what moved and what is at risk.
Catches thoughts before they are gone
Say it out loud. Flowo turns it into tasks with durations, or keeps it as a note. Nothing depends on you being at a keyboard when the thought arrives.
Habits that scale down on hard weeks
Weekly targets shrink when the days run out, instead of showing you a broken streak and a red number.

PRIVACY
Planning data is encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM, and the key lives in the Apple Keychain. No ads, no cross-app tracking, nothing sold. Analytics stays off until you turn it on, and never includes task text, notes, prompts, transcripts or media.

FOURTEEN DAYS, AND WE MEAN IT THIS TIME
Pro is free for fourteen days. The last release note said twenty one. That was our mistake, nobody was charged early because of it, and the honest number is fourteen. Sorry.
Also fixed: deleting your data used to stop the app from opening again, which is a sentence nobody should have to read. It opens.
Dragging a block now lands on the clock instead of two minutes past it. The switch that promised to ring through Do Not Disturb is gone, because it never could, and a switch that lies is worse than no switch at all. The screen you see when something goes wrong now says what happened in words, and keeps the technical part behind a button for support.
