Sign in and you can take and make business calls over Wi-Fi or mobile data, showing your company number instead of your personal one. No second handset, no forwarding, no giving out your mobile.
TWO WAYS TO CONNECT
IVR Solutions account
Enter your phone number and password. Your extension, caller IDs, company directory and call history arrive already set up.
Your own SIP server
Already running Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio or OpenSIPS? Point the app straight at it. Enter your username and password, the domain and port, and choose UDP, TCP or TLS. You register against your server, and your credentials go to it. Not to us.
CALLS THAT BEHAVE LIKE CALLS
A native SIP client built on PJSIP, wired into iOS rather than bolted on:
• Incoming calls ring on the lock screen and appear in Recents, through CallKit
• Answer on a Bluetooth headset or car kit, with call audio routed correctly
• Stay registered in the background so calls still reach you
• Mute, speaker, hold and resume
• A keypad during the call, for IVR menus and conference PINs
• Caller names resolved from your company directory and your phonebook, so a name rings instead of a string of digits
THE PART AFTER THE CALL
• Notes you write while you are still talking, saved against that call and readable later
• History filtered by missed, incoming and outgoing
• Your company directory and your phone contacts in one list
• Pick which of your business numbers to show as caller ID before you dial
WHEN SOMETHING SOUNDS WRONG
Open Audio check in Settings. Record yourself and play it straight back, then switch between earpiece and speaker and hear the difference on the same audio path a call uses. If the playback is silent you know in seconds that the problem is the microphone and not the line.
There is a network check beside it, and a support summary you can copy and send — registration state, transport, server and local IP — so a support conversation starts with facts instead of guesses.
WHAT YOU NEED
An IVR Solutions account from your administrator, or your own SIP server.
Call history, the company directory and caller-ID selection come with an IVR Solutions account. Own-server accounts get the dialler, contacts, calling, on-device call history and the audio check.

A clearer way to sign in
The sign-in screen has been rebuilt. Both ways in now share one form: your IVR
Solutions account, or your own SIP server, on a single screen with a tab between
them. Every field is labelled, so it is obvious what belongs in each one.
Setting up your own server is plainer too — username, password, domain, port and
your choice of UDP, TCP or TLS, laid out in the order you fill them in.

• A smaller download: an unused component that shipped with the app but did
nothing has been removed.
