Beyond basic- laughable

This app is so basic it is almost not worth using. The search function gives 4 options for provider type: hospital, lab, pharmacy and other. You can’t search for dentists or by medical specialists. I can’t wait to see what submitting a claim is like😱. My guess is that customer service will refer me to the app to do anything but the app does nothing. This is the ultimate in performative business practices: “we have an app” so we are modern and technologically advanced when in reality this is almost worse than nothing.
