My Planio: Energy management
Planning for ADHD/autism
Only for iPhone
Free · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
From chaos to balance - Min Planio empowers independence with clear planning, energy management, and a better understanding of your daily life.
Do you ever feel like your everyday life is overwhelming, your schedule gets derailed, and your energy just disappears?
We support you where it makes the most sense -by combining simple planning with energy management. This allows you to adapt your day to how you actually feel and stay on top of things without burning out.
My Planio is a planning app built from the ground up for adults with ADHD and autism.
Here’s how Min Planio helps you right now:
Plan with Your Energy, Not Just Your Time: The most important things come first. You can specify how much an a task will demand from you and how much energy you have that day, so you can better manage your resources throughout the day and avoid burnout. It's pretty smart.
Keep Track of All the Details: Add any extra details you need to remember for a task. You can also create subtasks to break down larger projects into smaller, more manageable pieces.
Personalize the App: Your daily life is personal, and your planner should be too. In Min Planio, you can choose your own theme, making the app feel like your own and pleasant to look at.
Adjust Your Whole Day with One Tap: If your schedule gets derailed, it's easy to adjust all the times at once so they fit again—without having to manually change everything.
An App That Grows with You
My Planio is never truly finished because your everyday life isn't either. We continuously release updates and new features based directly on feedback from people like you. Your voice helps shape what Min Planio will look like in the future.
We look forward to hearing your thoughts so that together, we can make planning even better and more human.
