Hour Of Meditation
Meditate with HoM every week
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Reclaim your meditation time. The new HoM app is here: every Saturday live, in the room or online, your HoM Pass in Wallet, and every session to listen to anywhere.
Hour of Meditation is meditation the way it was made to be: time each week to still your mind, see clearly and speak life over yourself. Led by Dr. Emmanuel Adewusi every Saturday at 9 AM in Edmonton and online.
THE NEW HoM APP
Rebuilt from the ground up to keep you close to your Saturdays all week long.
SATURDAYS
• Join in the room or online, and see what's coming up this week.
• Check in at the door with your HoM Pass, kept in Apple Wallet.
• Watch live when you can't be there, and keep count of your Saturdays.
THE LIBRARY
• Every Saturday session, the series, the conferences and the declarations, ready to listen to.
• Save sessions to your phone to listen without a connection.
• Queue up what's next, loop a session or a whole series, and set a sleep timer.
• Play on AirPlay and Chromecast speakers and TVs.
THROUGH THE WEEK
• Gentle reminders on Friday, before a session and when it goes live.
• A daily reminder at the time you choose.
• Widgets and a Live Activity on Saturday morning.
Every session follows the same arc: quietness, visualization and affirmation. Come as you are. HoM is for everyone.
Peace in.
