Only giving 5 stars so my review can be front and center. At first this app was amazing. The first one to experience issues was my boyfriend. He completed an offer and had to wait 7 days to get rewarded $70. Day 7 comes around the money is rewarded to him …. Great …. Except no matter what he did he could not redeem his earnings. Kept telling him there was a technical error to contact support. Issue with that is when he went to do so it wouldn’t even allow him to create a ticket to contact support. So he went to Earn Star desktop and emailed customer support. It’s been 2 days and he still hasn’t got a response. Now here comes my issue. Today I randomly go check my progress on one of the offers open my app and there’s a large sad face saying “ Due to recurring complaints about the quality of your responses you can’t take more surveys forever.” I don’t even take surveys ….. so I go click on the offers same face pops up and “you can’t take more games forever.” Mind you forever is the only word in bright red???? Go to ask what is happening. No response ….. they’re usually instant with responses. I guess when they figure you’ve made enough money they disable your account for no apparent reason or make it impossible toWithdraw your funds ……
Don’t waste your time like I did

Only did 5 stars so that it’s seen, but it’s really a 1star or zero stars. I have been on this app for a little bit now. I liked it at first, then all of a sudden when I start reaching the higher paying goals, all of a sudden it stops tracking you. I was playing merge cruise, completed 10other goals for the same game(small small payouts) and once I finally reached level 41(which was two weeks after the last goal and a $5.15 goal) I hadn’t received my reward. I always got it within minutes so when I hadn’t had it in over 24hours I went ahead and wrote support. Wasted time again. They told me they could see I reached the goal on the game however the game hasn’t tracked it yet and I needed to give it 72 hours. So I message 72 hours later and support said I was still within the 48hours and I needed to wait 72. I explained to them that I messaged them after 24hrs and that it had been over 48 hours since the message and then continued on with so it’s been over 72 hours now since I reached the goal. They responded back with oh I’m sorry but we can’t compensate you for that goal because it didn’t track. I told them I wasted my time for nothing. That if they had good customer service they’d ask for the screen recording(which they didn’t) and then pay for the goal earned and then tell me to not play the game anymore. But nope. They said unfortunately they can’t give me the money for it but to please explore other games in there app. Why??? So I can waste my time again for two weeks. I play on testerup and on kashkick and I absolutely love both of those. It has also happened on those two apps with tracking issues before, but they always ask for the screen recording, verify that I made the goal, pay me for that goal, and suggest to not play the game because it won’t track anything else. This app could do the same but chooses not to because they have poor customer service.

Now I really try not to write reviews until I get the full experience. However, I had very high hopes for this app and I am very disappointed. First off the customer service team are frauds and now I can truly say that this app is rigged. I downloaded a game and made sure that I allowed the tracking. I noticed that the app showed in my recently downloaded apps. But I also noticed none of my progress was showing. After contacting customer service they ensured me that I needed to allow 72 hours before I would see any progress in the app. So I sat and waited patiently while still playing the game. Even though I’d already started playing the game days before contacting them. So I thought to myself maybe it’s just going to take time because l was getting through the levels pretty fast. However, I wait an additional 3 days to see if any progress will show. lol to my surprise, absolutely nothing came up. So I contact customer service again and provide proof on top of proof only for them to tell me immediately that the third party wasn’t able to track it and it was nothing that could be done. Now, I ask for a supervisor the “Supervisor” messages right away saying the same thing after claiming that they did a thorough investigation less than 10 minutes of me requesting. That’s very fraudulent behavior and I will tell anyone that it’s not worth wasting your time. They never intended on helping me and an investigation was never done. This app should be banned!!

Game rewards depend on proper tracking between the install link and the advertiser, and if attribution isn’t recorded from the start, we’re unable to manually add credit. Refusing to pay out earned money

Update: As per the request below I contacted the support line again. They still refuse to pay the earned achievements. Every other app I’ve used has always erred on the side of the customer. Not so much here. They refuse to pay the $200+ that I earned AND despite being told five different times they’ve added a $10 credit to my account, it hasn’t happened yet. So do with that information what you will. I will update the review if they decide to do the right thing but from what I’m seeing the only reason they’re rated so high is because everyone keeps robbing them five stars so the review is seen but having the same experience as me. Original review: I have been going round and round with customer service for close to two weeks. I completed the last two tasks of a “big payout” game and they are now refusing to pay because the app didn’t track completion of those two tasks. I’ve sent in screen grabs proving I did and multiple videos from my phone showing everything they asked for to prove I completed it. Their answer? “Sorry. The app didn’t track.” I PROVED I finished the tasks and was well within the time frame. They’re more refusing to pay out the nearly $220 I earned. They claim they credited me $10 for the inconvenience but that’s also a lie because no such credit is in my account. And I don’t want a $10 sorry about your luck credit. I want the $220 I rightfully earned and have repeatedly proven I completed. If you’re claiming small amounts it’s fine. But those big payouts suddenly don’t track and even if you provide EVERYTHING they ask for, they still say they aren’t paying.
